I had an excellent experience with Gail Colvin of First Suburban Realty. I had a lot I wished to sell and contacted Gail about a listing. Gail Is very knowledgeable about the market in her area, had potential buyers in mind and provided good advice on my deciding on a listing price. She secured a reasonable offer promptly, kept me well informed on its progress and it led to a sale that I was happy with.
It has been a absolute pleasure working with Gail! She is professional, easy to communicate with, and brings a clear vision to every project. Highly recommend!
We contacted Gail Taylor Colvin about a year ago when we were in search of a new home in North Georgia. We knew immediately the care that she has for her clients. Her aim was to satisfy the needs that we had in a home. With Gails years of experience, we were impressed with the knowledge that she had for the area.If you are searching for a wonderful caring agent who is trustworthy, honest and tentative to your needs whether buying or selling call Gail!!
From the first connection we had with Gail we've had nothing but extra ordinary response and positive results in the search and almost immediate purchase of our mountain retreat. We so look forward to enjoying the creekside property she showed us. Finally we can escape the super humid Florida summers and listen to our beautiful creek 24 hours a day. For anyone needing a realtor that goes above and beyond with extensive knowledge of north Georgia, you will definitely not be disappointed.
Gail Colvin was a fantastic agent to work with during a recent closing held at the Law Office of Chad Knott. She was professional, well-prepared, and made the entire process smooth and efficient for everyone involved. Her attention to detail and clear communication truly stood out. It was a pleasure working with her through our office, and I hope to work with her again in the future!
