Gail is not professional and I would not recommend her service. She made unsolicited, judgmental comments about my home throughout the entire process, which is absolutely not the role of an appraiser. Furthermore, her appraisal was way off according to multiple real estate professionals. My mortgage company paid for a new appraisal which was true to comps and came in over $100k more than Gail’s.
