Dr. Russell is always kind and caring. She remembers details about my job and asks questions or relates similar stories. Dr. Russell became concerned last year when my blood pressure was higher then normal, so she made an appointment with my regular doctor and got me in right away. For the type of appointment I had, her professional demeaner and friendliness makes it bearable.
