I have lived in Black Rock since 1982. I love this neighborhood as does Gail. She really "knows" Black Rock and is a top real estate agent in the area. I reached out to Gail to get a "professional" opinion on a value of a house that I am selling without a broker. She was extremely accommodating and was more than happy to come walk through my house to give her opinion. She did a very nice write up for me at no charge.
