We had a very good appointment. PA Cook was amazing and so easy to talk with. She made sure my kids were comfortable and answered questions in a way we could all understand. She never pushed anything on us and listened well if we had concerns.
They need a 6th star for this lady! All around amazing! My kids absolutely adore her! She pays attention and remembers things from the years before. And you never feel rushed during an appointment. Couldn’t ask for a better person to be treating my kids!
Gail is always super sweet and very approachable. Staff was great. Very little wait time.
