I really like Dr. McIntyre, but her office is very unorganized. They can take up to a month to respond to issues. This was not a one time experience, it’s happened repeatedly. Disappointing when you are seeking medical care. They called me and left me a message to call them, I called them back no one had any idea why I was called.
I've been with Dr. MacIntyre for over 20 years. She is an extremely caring professional who listens and is very concerned about her patients! Truly, the best doctor I have ever had! However, she has recently changed offices and the new staff is rude and appears not to relay messages to her. When I called, I was bluntly told to go to Urgent Care, that the doctor didn't have time to see me. Dr. Gail MacIntyre is a caring Dr! She listens without rushing through. She is very helpful. She is patient/kind and wants the very best for patients.
Doctor McIntyre is the best doctor ever she takes her time she explains everything highly recommended she makes me feel like I matter and I’m Not just another patient she takes her time she’s so good love her to death highly recommend
Is this office still open. I've tried to reach them and I get an "systems not working" for about a week. Dr Mac is an excellent Dr. But McLaren is getting worse
