I had the displeasure of dealing with Dr. Herman and her office a few days ago. My Mom has been a patient of Dr. Herman for ten-plus years. Prior to this experience, my Mom warned me that it might take a while because Dr. Herman ALWAYS makes her wait and NEVER seen her at the time of her appointment. She has had hour-plus long waits. Very happy with Dr. Herman who for years has treated me with respect, listened well and provided expert professional care. She has always followed through and been available for consult. Absolutely top notch.
