Very nice and helpful! Although this is a practice for Women and Families, I went here once due to an emergency. But Dr. Frances and her staff were so nice and friendly; they didn't make me feel like an outsider at all. I decided to make her my PCP and haven't looked back since!
I went to see NPR Gail Frances for an abcess, an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and a physical, and she was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. In addition, it was easy to schedule appointments and get follow up paperwork done for insurance.
