The staff won't answer the phone. :(
She’s amazing. She listens, doesn’t rush and offers alternatives allowing me to have a say in my health. I’ve referred a couple of people who feel the same.
Although I may wait for her now and then, she ALWAYS offers options and when I really need her, she will drop everything to tend my health. She notices things I don't and stays current in her field which is important to me as a cancer patient.
This was the worst primary care I have had. She was extremely late to the appointment and came in with no apology and mine was the first appointment for the day. She seems to have no interest in patient care. Her front staff never picks up the phone. I have called four times just today and there’s no response. I need a fax from her office for my yearly mammogram but since her office didn’t respond to my call or the call from the mammography’s office, I will have to reschedule.
Dr. Donley supposedly takes care of a relative in ViberLife skilled nursing. She has ignored months of messages I have left for her, when she does bother to visit my relative she is very hurried and spends very little time with her. Just lately it took over 10 days to get prescriptions for some type of and never visited herinfection and
