Horrible service - do NOT recommend. Did not provide our family doctor with critical appointment notes from Nov 2025. I have called and was met with difficult staff. Had to follow up 6 weeks after URGENT referral required to find out nothing was done. DO NOT USE
Dr. Gail Ackerman is amazing. Her staff are kind and efficient. I saw Dr. Ackerman for my first time and I’m glad I went. She has a wealth of knowledge and is very kind and reassuring. She found a small retired tear and explained everything that needed to be done by a retinal specialist. Settling any anxiety and answering all my questions. I felt very blessed and grateful to have found her.
My experience at Dr. Akerman's office was fantastic! Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. I had my prescription quickly and was on with my day. I have been to Dr. Akerman a few times and will definitely continue!
Dr. Gail Ackerman was very generous with her time and gently educated me about my ailment and eye health.
