Definitely not Satisfied Ms Hurd was hired as a mediator in my divorce proceedings. It is my personal opinion that she misrepresented the retainer requirement, looked for additional billing hours rather than a quick and amicable negotiation, and her financial knowledge wa not satisfactory. It is interesting to note that once Ms Hurd's serviced were terminated a settlement was agreed to in 60 days and file with the court with legal services including court fees of only $1,650.
