Love the way they take care of our animals.
Took my yorkie on March 12 2025 she was not eating or running around like always She was also not looking when we called her name. Got her in the next day Told them all the info we thought she might be going deaf. She looked in her ears and said they looked OK but she was old and that was the reason she was deaf. They drew blood to check. They said her heart beat was great. Took her to a new vet on the 17th they did blood work and said she was in the last stages of kidney failure she might live 3 0r 4 more days to live. She ... read more
Today we made the heartbreaking decision to send our best friend of 11 years over the rainbow bridge. We arrived at the office an emotional mess. We were scared and so immensely sad. We were met with kindness, compassion, and grace. The staff made us feel that they genuinely cared for our pup. We will never forget the time you took to comfort us, and our sweet boy, Roscoe. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to help us do the hardest thing possible.
I called Saturday morning and asked if you guys do walk-ins. The girl that answered the phone was so cold and rude. She stated “no we do not” and as I was trying to ask if the office had any openings today, the girl interrupted me before I could finish and said “and we don’t have openings” I then tried to explain why I was calling for my pet and again I couldn’t finish my sentence and she interrupted me again and said “we do not have any openings. We've been customers at VCA Gaide for over 5 years now. Our appreciation for their compassion and care go out to our vet team. Special appreciation goes out to our vet PK Schelb, Keagan, Candice, Diana, Riley, Sam and anyone else that has shown their care and kindness to us and our beautiful Golden Retriever girl that lost her battle with acute kidney failure yesterday. A little bit goes a long way. We thank you for holding us up through this terrible experience.
