I had a wonderful experience at Gaia. They helped me improve my symptoms in a caring and welcoming atmosphere. I felt very safe in Maggie and Anne’s capable hands. They were also very responsive when I needed to contact them between appointments. I have recommended pelvic floor therapy to all my female friends, especially those that have given birth, as it has helped me immensely.
I can’t say enough about Gaia Women’s Health Physical Therapy, and especially Christine. She was phenomenal. She listened to everything I had to say and made me feel so comfortable and understood. I had a great experience working with Christine at Gaia. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided a tailored treatment plan to support me in my running and lifting. She helped me with a sustainable strengthening and mobility practice that improved my symptoms quickly and set me up for future success. The entire team at Gaia is top notch!
