Gaia was the most important part of my healing process from the birth of my son. I was in so much hip pain, losing sleep, and felt my life would never go back to the way it was before pregnancy. Dr. Christine Force was the fourth specialist I went to and unlike everyone else, she was able to figure out the problem and fix it! She has an incredible bed-side manner, actually listens when you talk about your problems, and treats you with respect. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
Anne is amazing and very caring. She listens to your concerns and is very helpful in making sure you get the help you need. Highly recommend her.
As a physical therapist and clinic owner myself, I would highly recommend Gaia. I started seeing Maggie for birth preparation and post partum care. I have learned so much and continue to gain insight at every visit. These ladies know what they're doing and help me to consistently feel confident about the birthing process.
Caring safe space with friendly and engaged staff. I came to Christine with more than one concern. We looked at each individually as well as how are these things playing into each other. Spacious and mindful private room to address concerns and shared gym for exercises but I was the only one in the gym during my appointments. I cannot recommend Gaia Women's Physical Therapy and Wellness enough. I was looking for support for my upcoming excision and laprascopy for my endometriosis. I had tried pelvic floor therapy before and felt extremely uncomfortable with the entire experience. With surgery approaching, I knew I would need additional support helping my body recoup.
