I received an 80-minute massage with a cupping add-on as a Father’s Day gift. It was meant to be a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating and disappointing one due to a series of miscommunications and poor customer service from the spa. When the gift was purchased, the staff offered a Father’s Day promotion where non-members could pay member prices.
