I’ve been a member here for over two years. The customer service is top-notch and the environment itself is so soothing to step into. I love the ginger shot they give you when you check in and the fact that they always offer you water before and after your service. From the current team, I’ve been seeing Odalys for massages and I’ve seen Carolyn for a facial. They are both so lovely and knowledgeable about their craft. All of the front desk staff are always so helpful as well.
Julia is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She has such an intuitive touch and always pays attention to the smallest details from the perfect pressure to the peaceful atmosphere she creates. Every session feels personalized and deeply relaxing. I always leave feeling grounded, calm, and completely renewed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her craft. I can’t recommend her enough!
