Everything was well I love it
I recommend this to any and everyone. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a 5 star resort feel. Amazing staff and amazing masseuse . I had the couples massage.
Such a lovely experience!
Great therapeutic massages and excellent service from masseuses. Awful membership program management. In a full year have never received a courtesy call or text reminders of monthly therapies. Tried to call and cancel membership which staff indicated need to be in person which is understandable. Went and now they are indicating they can’t do it unless approved by manager and person would call me soon.
I genuinely enjoy the customer service here. They are very accommodating and they create a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I appreciate the staff and the time and consideration they take to listen to the client.
