Cannot get enough of this place. Amazing selection of herbs, fair price point and knowledgeable staff who are kind and willing to take the time to discuss concerns and needs. Highly recommend the magnesium spray - helped my restless legs at night. Also shout out to one of the staff, Sam, she is absolutely an absolute gem.
I value supporting local stores, and I will continue to shop here, however, I hope to not encounter the employee working today. The employee on Friday, August 8th did not let me enter the store at 6:25 to make a purchase, even though listed hours are until 6:30. She/they did not even inquire what I wanted to purchase (1 item). Beware if you are making the trek, paying for parking, etc.
I came in on a time of day that they stop selling herbs so that they can replenish so I asked one of the coworkers if they had a tincture in stock. She looked it up in their data base and said that they did and even gave me a list of their prices. I came back and the herbalist told me that they didn’t have it in for a long time now.
