Krista really listens and does a great job of addressing problem areas. After suffering cervical headaches for years, Krista's use of craniosacral and traditional massage have made them a thing of the past. After a single session I felt a difference, and I immediately scheduled my next. I've seen her once a month since then and, in one year, have regained more mobility and relief than I ever thought possible. Highly recommend!!
