I see that many have had wonderful experiences with this facility. I don't know about the other employees here, but I personally had a rather poor experience with Yelena. I had permanent eye-makeup done. First of all, she was 45 minutes late to our appointment. She told me about an hour ahead of time that she would be in all fairness.
