I have a pop up with a broken lift cable. I dropped it off about a month ago may 18th for an estimate it's june 10th never got that estimate. They told me I should have an estimate june 1st. They never once called me to say sorry it is talking so long I had to call them several times.
RecommendedGreat friendly service! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and good camper.
We have had 4 campers and this is by far the worst service we have ever had. Had a new awing put on, they drove the screws right thou the walls of the camper. Took vacation from work to go pick it up and they didn't even work on it!! Had to take time out the next day to go get it. I could of did a better job placing putty in the holes. Then don't even offer any compensation.
Love Gags camper way. Highly recommend this place always happy to help you. Bought 2 new campers from them and was a satisfied customer both times.

As a family new(er) to camping we came in to learn more and see what different options and features were out there to fit our family's needs (and our vehicle). Bill Merritt provided wonderful insight and help and took us through many different options giving us a lot to think about and consider. There was no pressure, just friendly, helpful advice from very knowledgeable and kind people. Highly recommend stopping by there if you are looking for a camper. They have new and used and will take great care of you!
