Washed my car over the weekend and the machine said it was $5 and change for the 5min it took me to wash my own car… seeing a charge to my card of $20 now and after reading other reviews regarding their miscommunication on “extra fees” that are charged due to using cards…. I will not be returning. Really unfortunate.
One good thing about this car wash is that they let you pay by card. However, the downside is that they charge extra fees. Their claim is that these fees are due to bank transfer costs, but there’s nothing posted to show that—so be cautious. Another thing to note: the first $4 gives you about four minutes, but the timer doesn’t stop automatically like some other car washes. It just keeps running.
