I recently started going to Gage in hopes of improving my balance, strength, and endurance as well as weight loss. I put my teen son there for a risk free tryout session with them, my son loved it but I have seen some positive changes to his physique, but has to drop out due to this senior year and school opening and may go back in the Winter.

Hi, I really loved the initial session. The coach was very interactive and was always guiding correctly. Due to my work schedule i was not able to join the membership but if my schedule is conviniet i will defence nitely signup for GST. Thanks!
