There was no waiting for assistance. I was greeted immediately by an employee. The cost of the smog check was lower than previous years even for cars over 15 years old, and I did not have to have a coupon. The employee brought out an umbrella to shade the sitting are. Called in to get pricing to smog my car and a man asnwerd the phone he was very rude and acted like he was to busy for my business so I went elsewhere and you should too.
