They have always gotten me in quickly to see my son. Very kind and professional staff. Dr. Gage is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed.
Horrible patient care and very rude and no compassionate to children and they’re a drs office!! And it starts with the rude receptionists and the medical assistant ANDREA she had no compassion for my one year old when she went in for her shots and she was very rough when giving her her shots as well and when I brought it to her attention she giggled and walked away! They all very rude and do not recommend ever taking my child back to them at all.
I would have to say that Tina in billing does not have compassion for new mothers. I called Tina regarding a second bill I received in the mail after having my first child in the hospital at Hanford. I was never told to expect a bill from a separate clinic from the hospital, so the first time I received it along with several other bills, I assumed it was a scam.
