Office staff are VERY rude! I went to my daughters appointment and they refused to take her due to insurance issues but besides the point she basically had the audacity to tell me I was late on my daughters shots for her two month appointment (she turned two months two days prior) and then told me I’m more than capable of getting my daughter on the right insurance without my husband. They have always gotten me in quickly to see my son. Very kind and professional staff. Dr. Gage is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed.
Horrible patient care and very rude and no compassionate to children and they’re a drs office!! And it starts with the rude receptionists and the medical assistant ANDREA she had no compassion for my one year old when she went in for her shots and she was very rough when giving her her shots as well and when I brought it to her attention she giggled and walked away! They all very rude and do not recommend ever taking my child back to them at all.
