Went to this location over a week ago to inquire about transmission fluid and filter replacement for my truck. Was told by the person working at the time that they didn't have the filter/pan for my truck in stock and would have to order the part and that since it was Friday it probably wouldn't be in until the following Monday or Tuesday. I drove in my vehicle because someone informed me I might be having some transmission issues and I wanted a professional to tell me if that was the case and what was going on with my vehicle. I spoke to Vince and he informed me that his son was not there and he didn't have the workers to look at it at the time but that he would drive it.
