Hired via MTM, After confirming my pick up time, they where a no show. This resulted in a missed operation, emotional distress and me charged with a cancellation fee. Legal action is currently being taken, as MTM has been informed and provided me a grievance statement.
Without a doubt, Gaffy is the absolute best transportation company I've worked with!! All of the drivers are professional, courteous, and punctual. Frankly when it comes to the numerous local companies that provide similar services, I consider Gaffy and his team in a league of their own.👍👍👍
