Counseling provided was vapid, superficial, formulaic, and offered very little insight into complicated problems. Robert seems like a kind person, and that earns him a star that he probably doesn't deserve, as I would rate counsellors in terms of insightful understanding and guidance. I can see a world in which he could be helpful to someone under the right circumstances, but he wasn't helpful to me.
