Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Trades park unnecessarily all over the street in front of other residences instead of in front of the property they are working on when there is clearly room for them to park in front of the job site. Unnecessary disruption to other residences in the street making it difficult to get in and out of their own drive ways!
At first we were very happy with the build of our new house and the communication with Gaffney constructions, however, then we asked them to come and fix the defects, they came once of twice and then stopped. The most we lived in our property, the more issues we found. The main bathroom does not drain correctly, the floorboards scratch by just putting a chair on them, the bench tops mark with a plate on them and chip away, the painting on the top floor was never finished and the list gos on.
