Bought my first custom fly rod and reel. My old graphite rod lost an eyelet,the owner fixed it while I watched. Very nice shop,he had all size rods ready to test drive on the pond outside. I got a 10' long beautiful custom set up. My old rod is about 56 yrs old. I think I paid about $30 for it when I was a kid. That was a lot back then. I collect nice equipment, American made of course. I showed him one of my protech custom automatic knives. This was my first custom rod, and I couldnt be more satisfied .The rod is just as fun as I thought it would be. I caint wait to save up for my next one Not to mention Mr. Gaff is a really nice guy. Hes a hoot.lol
