My girlfriend took her car through the car wash and got straight water no soap 2 times when she said something to them they reimbursed her 4 dollars of the 13 charged told her it the kind of car she was driving the machine dont give all that was purchased so 1 hour later I took the same car to their car wash and surprisingly I got soap and wax. I confronted the attendant about the situation and the lie he told her all he could say is sorry. Not good for business they have lost our money hopefully the treat others better
I go through this car was often and don't typically have any issues... until today! I went through as usual and no soap came out to actually wash my car. I went back and told them and they sent me through again, and again, no soap. I went back and told them AGAIN that no soap came out and I believe something is wrong with their machine. They told me it's because of the type of car I drive yet I've not once had any issues until today and I've gone through there many times since owning this car. Still dirty after an $11 wash
Always go here do good job and it's not that expensive compared to pristine
They sprayed off the back window under the spoiler for #1, he then sprayed around the edges and other spots all around the car . He placed a baggie over my rear wiper and folded my side mirrors in. Then I went through the wash. This amount of car detail, mean alot. My car is needed everyday, it's a big investment and I like to take care of it. This car wash seems to understand all that.
