As a tenant, the apartments are very nice, affordable, and the younger landlord is very helpful. HOWEVER- the older landlord is the most rude man I’ve ever met in my life. After already accusing me once of being a different tenant, today he BLOCKED MY CAR IN THE DRIVE WAY to accuse me AGAIN. Knocked on my window to say “you’re in ___ right?” WRONG. Bad people..my wife and I stayed there for 3 years only late twice…we we decided to end the lease the apartment was cleaned and scrubbed really well..we moved and asked for the deposit and this is what we got..most of this is not true..the only thing I regret is not taking pictures before we moved in and after we moved out…Don’t Deal With Gaffey I’m Here To Warn You!!!!!!!!!!!
