Our office called Gaffney's of Minot before Thanksgiving. After speaking to "Bruce" a couple of times and calling the Minot office several times no service call was ever set up. I am happy for everyone who says they had a good experience but I am very disappointed. We did not even get a call back and I don't consider that to be good customer service.
One stop shop for all of your office supply needs. The service is IMPECCIBLE. When you place an order they are attentive and they want you to be happy as a customer and repeat customer. Danell is an awesome lady to assist you when you call in. She's been a great help when it comes to placing an order. Kim helps with the special items and the hard to find items, she is a gem as well!
