Beautiful arrangements. Very friendly .
We came in ready to spend and did - dropping hundreds of dollars. Extremely disappointed. We were completely ignored when we walked in—no greeting, no acknowledgment. When we finally asked for help, the attitude we got was rude and dismissive, as if we were a bother. We came in ready to support a local business, but left feeling disrespected.
The customer service on the phone order was excellent and that is why I gave 2 stars but the 2-flower bouquet I specially ordered did not meet my expectations. I ordered Red Roses and sunflower bouquet to find out they add white flowers as a filler and the 2nd bouquet I could have bought from the grocery store and put into a vase myself. I know 200.00 for both arrangements may or may not seem like must today but I really had higher expectations then what I saw. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
Gaffaney's is under newer ownership, I think? In any case, I hadn't ordered from them in years, but on a whim decided to stop in and order flowers for a friend's birthday last week. Though I had not called in an order, the staff was delighted to help me out and assembled a gorgeous arrangement--so nice, in fact, I bought a second arrangement so I could surprise my wife (I hadn't bought her flowers in a while because I'm thoughtless and/or a cheapskate I suppose).
