They had replaced our roof 15 years ago and did a fantastic job. Last week I called them because I found water on my garage floor and wanted them to check it out. Bill came the next day and was very nice and spent the better part of an hour trying to find the leak. He checked under shingles for nails that had rusted out, and when he couldn't find any, he took the hose up on the roof to simulate rain. I have been coming to do pick up at this location for a while now. I must say that the guys in the check in area at the gate are rude and very disrespectful. I wish someone would teach them some people’s skills. Their attitude is really nasty and they’re not pleasant at all.

These folks don't care about the drivers for sure. Been coming here delivering for years and they will definitely screw a driver if they can. First time missed our baby being born because they wouldn't unload early and now I'm going to miss my daughters graduation because of the same. What a bunch of non considerate folks that work here.
