I got here at 6am! Check in with the mobile app, now is 9am! and still wating to get unloaded! not even in a door! STAY WAY!!!
I opted for their best quality Timberline UHDZ and 5 months later I have a big dark discoloration cloud pattern in the shingles. Not sure if it’s Algae, Mold or just defective shingles. I filed a claim, jumped through all their hoops, sent pictures, called after 3 weeks of no response. I was told the Warranty administrator would call last week…. Crickets. Horrible support from GAF. DSH
2 hours to unload dry van slow snails
