The young lady at the first desk was the best part of my experience. She was polite and personable. I really wish I remembered her name. Other than that, I had a terrible experience. I felt as though I was a burden. My wait time for both visits was over 30 minutes (excluding the 15 minutes early arrival time). They even forgot I was there the second time. When I left Dr. Ruggiero strolled past me very casually while on his phone. I refuse to step foot in his office again.
