Adam is the best! I had recently been screwed over to the toon of over $1000 by another "technician" in town, resulting in a non-functioning, outdated system. I was in Bend on vacation when the hinge on my Dell laptop broke and the frame began to peel off the screen. This immediately created a high level of stress for me, since I use the computer for work and would need it to be in good shape when I arrived home. Adam quickly diagnosed "fatal flaws" in a refurbished computer I had made the mistake of purchasing a few days earlier from another "computer repair" shop. He was patient and thorough in explaining both the problems and the solution. I then purchased a new desktop unit from him. He transferred data to the new computer and delivered a fullly functional unit in a timely manner. He also installed drivers remotely for our printer. Fast, efficient service: transparent and fair price. Highly recommend!
