Adam is SUPER knowledgeable, genuine, and very easy to work with! I came in a panic first thing in the morning because my old computer had died the evening before when I tried fixing it myself. (It was also the computer I used for work, hence the panic.) Adam conducted a quick assessment and let me know it was dead, but he also provided an excellent recommendation for a new computer (and also saved me $350 in the process.)
