Gael was kind and helped to provide some relief during a really difficult time. I am grateful for her assistance. I discontinued scheduling with Gael after she fell asleep during session…it went unacknowledged and I was charged for the appointment. This made me extremely uncomfortable. Her phone notification volume would also be on frequently during session and she would check her phone. I did not feel like I was taken seriously or that my care was a priority.
I love this place!! Gael has helped me very much with a lot of troubles and hardships. She is very easy to talk to and well qualified. I enjoy coming to our sessions, and know that when I come, I will be taken seriously and treated very well.
