All I can say about this place is that I really enjoy going to the dentist. I have never like the dentist, but I really enjoy Gadsden family dentistry.
As a 60s kid, I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Maddox always calms my fears and makes sure that he is not hurting me during my dental procedures. He is good at explaining the problem and how he is going to fix it. I have also had very good experiences with the hygienists. The office staff is friendly and professional. It is a clean, comfortable environment. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Staff was very supportive. Didn't wait long for appointment. Dr. listened to and aided in best decision for a family member. Will definitely go back after insurance gives approval.
If you value your time find another provider. I had an appointment for 3pm on a Friday. When I got the confirmation call I was told you can come in at 2:30 if you want to. Sure!! So I get there at 2:30. I get my bitewings. And I wait. And I wait. And I wait. I got to an hour, and at 3:30 I went to the desk and told them we would need to reschedule for another time.
