Not good to say the least, I bought a pair of glasses well over $1,000. Wireframe screws kept coming out, they put new screws in several times. Some little young blonde headed girl convinced me or tried to convince me it was all my problem the way I was putting them on and taking them off. I called the office manager some great help she is. Worst, most impersonal eye clinic I ever used... Had to wait nearly 2 hours to get my eyes examined... Doctor only appeared for around 2 minutes, then wrote out my prescription... Took it around to order my glasses, but the woman in that part of the business told me they didn't take my insurance... She didn't even offer to help me, although my ******** supplemental insurance carrier would have paid me back their part... I'll never go back...
