Extremely disappointing experience. I went in for a well check with Dr. Rundeep Gadh, and from the moment he entered the room, it felt like he was rushing to get me out. There was no empathy, no meaningful conversation, and no effort to listen or understand my concerns. When I tried to bring up an issue I’ve been experiencing, he dismissed it immediately and referred me elsewhere without even examining me. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. My PA Sylvia is great!!! She's very professional, friendy knowledgeable in her profession and seems to know all her patients by name and remembers their medical history without having to review the chart to catch up on what's going on with the patient Best of all when you see her you get a sense that she genuinely cares about her patients health and wants to give the Best treatment for them. When I'm sick I only want to be seen by her and I highly recommend her!!!
I have been a patient with Gadh family practice for over a decade. Sylvia Fernandez is the prototype for what the healthcare industry should look like. She has the blueprint to what patient care is and even if there's no solution to my ailment just being in her presence makes me feel better. I love her ! She comes highly highly recommended
