This review goes out specifically to the husband in this practice. Wife and PA were lovely. This practice was referred to me by a family friend thus why I started going here. Well don't go see him. Bad bedside manners. I called the office because I had a competition coming up and started feeling a cold coming on, no fever and some people around me had the flu. Loved the wife and PA on my previous visits. Not so much the Husband. Weird bedside manners. I went in for a cold and when they tested me I had Covid. Granted it’s Covid but you can still form Full sentences and be polite. He left door open, everyone could hear our conversation and was downright rude. I d rather he tell me he refused service. I had a mask on btw. I m a healthy individual who rarely gets sick but I wanted to get checked out since my husband was sick as well w a sinus infection during same time. Just rude.
Waited for several weeks to be seen, but, it was well worth the wait. Dr. Gadh (female) is the first doctor that I have seen to actually take the time and speak with me about my concerns. She is very through and genuinely cares to resolve each health concern I presented to her. The whole office is well managed from front desk, nurse practitioner, to the lab. Sylvia Fernandez is an Amazing PA!! She has been my Angel for over 10 years!! The Staff are all so Wonderful and work quickly on all aspects from appointments to refills. Thank you Sylvia & Staff for Taking care of us All♥️
