phone screen goes black for multiple minutes days after repair
Patrick & Jose both came through for me when I needed it most. My hard drive failed and I purchased a new SSD however I lost the M.2 screw to install the new SSD to the motherboard. I needed to finish important things so I called them about an hour before close. They were able to hook me up with these screws! I really appreciate them for going over and beyond for me even though I did not technical make a purchase. However they have earned a customer for life! I will be back to make purchases! Thanks again.
I had an amazing experience with gadgetmates. I attempted a pc case swap on my own, and couldn’t figure out why my pc wouldn’t stay on for very long. I took it to gadgetmates where they told me the problem within 24 hours and fixed it within 48! My computer has been running smooth ever since. Extremely fair pricing and great communication.
Needed a couple of IPads repaired…brought them around 2pm…they were surprising done within hours, before they closed same day!! Quoted time was 24 hours, so my kids were surprising happy. Great service, highly recommend. Thanks GadgetMates!!
