I was referred to this place by another store. The Eastern Avenue location staff Carlos took my laptop in for a diagnosis pertaining to the BIOS issue. Carlos said ETA would be 24 hours and most likely by the end of that same day. I waited until the very next day afternoon and didn’t get a call or text, so I decided to follow up.
