I do not recommend this company For any repairs at all. This is a very unreliable company Better Business Bureau is going to be called on this company. I've been dealing with a guy named Tim for over a month and a half. he is always saying I have to order the part, or I have to check for the part, but he never gets back with you. I called him about seven times and on the 8th time I called he forgot who I was. I had to go through the whole situation again. He is very unreliable

I have been dealing with this idiot (Tim) sense Sept 19th! It is Oct 1st today. I have called HIM every time about coming to fix my Samsung washer. He said he forgot all about me! Lovely! Always excuses let me check and see if I have the parts in stock, let me call my technician, can you send me a video! What a looser! Don’t recommend him to do any work for anyone. 🤮

Very unprofessional, they subcontract thru Asurion ins co. Ins verizon carries... We scheduled a repair thru gadjet at 1pm , i text him told him i would be home all day that evening but text or call me, this guy calls at 7am & no one answers his call or text & comes anyway, i call him at 11am, he was very rude crying he does this as side job time was wasted & i continued telling him the apptment was at 1pm & anyone with commin sence if u don't answer u don't come & drive 2 hrs but he continues to be rude.
