Worst repairman I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dishwasher was down for 5-6 weeks. Repairman installed parts & left before testing to make sure repair worked. Scratched/ dinged my hardwood floor. Had another issue with dw & repair service offered to send this company & I adamantly refused— send anyone else!
By far the best customer service I could’ve received when servicing our dishwasher. Could not get a callback from another company. GE scheduled the appointment for the next day. I called to verify, but he was going to be leaving town. Ran by same day. Dishwasher was repaired in 5 minutes!!! Fantastic!!
Upon arriving at my house this man made a smart remark by informing me that he had been to my house before, and the lady that lived here had 30 cats. I smiled Nicky and informed him that I was the same lady and the cats still lived here. He came in to the house, looked at my refrigerator for about 2 minutes. I do not recommend this company For any repairs at all. This is a very unreliable company Better Business Bureau is going to be called on this company. I've been dealing with a guy named Tim for over a month and a half. he is always saying I have to order the part, or I have to check for the part, but he never gets back with you. I called him about seven times and on the 8th time I called he forgot who I was. I had to go through the whole situation again. He is very unreliable
I have been dealing with this idiot (Tim) sense Sept 19th! It is Oct 1st today. I have called HIM every time about coming to fix my Samsung washer. He said he forgot all about me! Lovely! Always excuses let me check and see if I have the parts in stock, let me call my technician, can you send me a video! What a looser! Don’t recommend him to do any work for anyone. 🤮
