Thank you 🙏 we got a replacement screen for the iPhone XR, I was a bit nervous as we've had complications from other repair places, but she did an excellent job and we may bring more phones in the near future. also very impressed by the 10 minute repair, other places usually make us wait an hour. 10/10 would actually recommend to friends
Absolute disgraceful experience. Paid $35 for a privacy screen protector. Handed me the phone and it was only partly attached. It was redone with a 2nd one that had black lines throughout the entire screen and was blurry to the point images could not be identified. When I questioned the end result I read argued with. I took my phone to 2 other shops for a 2nd opinion on what I had received and they agreed it was very poorly done. The protector also didn’t cover the phone properly. Fixed within an hour looks good, the girl has an attitude though Edit- the front camera has dust inside the lens, the lower volume button doesn't click right and the screen is peeling off one side of the phone. Im gonna have to get this fix

Beware, they don’t have the proper tools to fix your phone. She used the wrong tool and threaded the screws on my phone. Now unable to take the screen off and have the repair done. Walked in with one issue, left with two.
