These Guys are very kind and professional. I like how they take care of their customers. They are the Best on the Western Slope.
Owner does not know customer service. The repair completed was a replaced hard drive (used). Tech said hard drive had no current issues. Heard weird sounds the first time I started up computer. Within a few uses, computer would freeze during basic usage. Ran disk repair to correct issue. After a short time, computer stopped working completely due to hard drive crashing. I took in the computer and owner refused to credit money spent on original hard drive replacement on a new hard drive I was willing to pay the difference on.... read more
