I’m not going to lie, I’m a little annoyed. I purchased a gadget guard protector from my cellphone carrier’s retail store, was told it had lifetime replacement on it. Which is great. What I didn’t know is that I can’t just go to my provider’s store to have them warranty me a new one, I have to go to the gadget guard website and have it shipped to my house and brought back in to the store and have it put on. I purchased Gadget Guard through Verizon and have been disappointed with the experience. One issue is that I was never clearly informed that I would have to pay shipping every time I needed a replacement screen protector. Had I known about the ongoing shipping costs, I may have made a different decision. I’ve also reached out to customer service and have not received a response, which has been frustrating. The guard looks sturdy, but the application process (though clever )on our new iphones 17 did not work well and left small bubble inclusions between the guard and the screen on both phones. My wife and I did ours separately, and my wife is very meticulous, so i would say better to leave the application to store staff who do this every day. The company did send out replacements when we voiced our complaints, but the "support" option on "contact us" was difficult to find.
