I took my Samsung to Gadget Grave with a problem yesterday and was helped by a gentlemen named Jonathan. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. What was really great was that he didn't make me feel like a dummy for not knowing how to fix it myself. Great store, great people.
