Had a swollen battery, got it replaced in an hour. Quick service
I was frustrated and upset w when I went to Gadget Gator with my phone. Ali was very patient and calmed me down and fixed what I had messed up. I am so relieved. I hope I don't need him again, but if I do, I will run, not walk to his store. Thank you so much for your great work.
Ali was amazing. He went over and beyond figuring out what was wrong with my daughter's phone, even staying over an hour past closing because we lived out of town. He is very good at what he does and more than fair with pricing. I highly recommend.
Ali's customer service was good. Prices along with the options for new and aftermarket parts are solid. Don't bring your device during the last hour they are open. There's always something that goes wrong when you come in last second. I've done that 3 times and 3 times my phone has not worked properly. I was actually told that by Ali about and he was right. They are even hesitant to provide service during the last hour for the customer's sake. I'm currently in the process of my 4th visit.
Ali's customer service was exceptional. Prices along with the options for new and aftermarket parts are pretty good. Definitely would recommend to others.
