I have called twice for a quote. Charlotte claims she will call me back but has not. Moving on

Didn't show up until the 3rd rescheduling of the appointment. When they finally did arrive I could tell they had no idea what they were doing, but I told them to send me a quote anyway. Then Charlotte texted me wanting me to pay $125 before she would send the quote. From the other reviews I have read and my personal experience I would suggest finding a real professional.

I would like someone to give me a call with this company. I spoke with somebody name Charlotte. She said she was the owner. They came and fix my door, but did not fix it. It doesn’t close all the way and it makes some really loud noises that I never did before I got broken. I’ve been calling for a week now both numbers nobody picks up or returns my call

You better get them to finish the job before you pay them. You will be out of luck. They won't answer or return your call.
