Brian Gaddy performed a complex expansion and renovation to our home in 2H 2024, and he did a spectacular job. His price quote was accurate, and he performed the work on time. He did a great job listening to our needs and concerns, and he managed his subcontractors very well. We couldn't be happier with Brian and the results.
Timely, excellent service. We had water damage underneath our hardwood floor in our bedroom. In a short time Brian arranged a plumber to fix the leak and had the floor repaired seamlessly. I can't locate the repaired area without before photos. He also did some concrete work, finished our patio and added lighting. We're very pleased with his work and recommend him highly.
Brian and team renovated the interior of my house. The workmanship was excellent and the project came in on time and on budget. He recommended lots of enhancements that really made the results shine.
Gaddy Construction stepped in and helped me when I was in a huge bind with a home construction project gone wrong. Brian Gaddy jumped in, took care of the issues, completed the project in a matter of days, and totally exceeded my expectations! He is meticulous and knowledgable. Good company!
