horrible service, treated like catel, went in for simple problem, scheduled an appointment, waited in lobby, just to be seen for about 2 mins told that I needed basic service, and then asked to reschedule again to receive service. AVOID IF YOU CAN, HMO shouldn't be discarded because of the dentist practice.
Poor poor service, they treat you like cattle, went in for a chipped tooth and was tossed aside, treated very rudely. Customer service completely void in their office. You've been warned.
