Five stars! Getting into a car accident is incredibly stressful, but the team here made the repair process completely seamless. They did an absolutely excellent job fixing my car—it looks brand new again, and you can't even tell it was ever damaged.A huge shoutout to Judy at the front desk, who was amazing from day one. She was so welcoming, answered all my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. The owner was also fantastic to deal with, showing genuine care and making sure everything was handled professionall... read more
Haven't been in an accident in over 10 years but last experience had me wanting to use someone not immediately recommended by the insurance company. GAD came highly recommended by the Mercedes dealership. From the start, the team really treated me well and even arranged the rental car, took care of all the details with the insurance companies and corrected them when they had quoted the wrong parts as part of the appraisal. Great communication and would definitely recommend to anyone needing body work.
I had an issue with my car and they helped me quickly and efficiently. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to take care of the problem right away. They refused to take any payment for their help, which shows how honest and customer-focused they are. I truly appreciate their kindness and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy help.
They have always been superprofessional and skilled And they very nice people, too
